All processes take some time. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, so we usually deliver the goods within 3 days after you place your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

We can ship the products you purchased to the following countries and regions now: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Hungary, Lithuania, the United States, Australia, Mexico, Canada and Brazil. Please confirm that your delivery address is located in the above regions before placing an order.

We are planning to expand our shipping regions. If you would like to check whether a specific region is eligible for delivery, please feel free to send us an email directly with the details of your location, and our team will be happy to assist you promptly.

Your items are typically expected to arrive within 15 business days. Please note that the shipping fees and taxes incurred for your order will be charged based on the specific circumstances and the laws and policies of your location.We will notify you of your waybill information by email after shipment.

Please note that if during order processing we find that your address is in an area or postal code not deliverable by our shipping partners, or if you have used a P.O.BOX address, we will contact you to modify or cancel the order.
